Anna Returns from Australia with Double Championship Success!

We’re delighted to share some fantastic news from Anna McBride, who has just returned from an incredible and highly successful trip to Australia!

Anna proudly represented Scotland on the international stage and is thrilled to announce that she won both the Ladies Singles and Ladies Doubles titles. An exceptional achievement and one we are super proud of at Trefoil.

Thanks to the grant support she received, Anna was able to travel out early, competing in a warm‑up tournament in Sydney before heading to Brisbane for dedicated training. This extra preparation made all the difference, helping her settle in, adjust, and step onto the court feeling fully ready to play her best.

Her achievements have not gone unnoticed. Since returning home, Anna has been recognised by her local MP and featured across local news platforms that are shining a well‑deserved spotlight on her dedication, talent, and hard work.
